Towodo provides AI-powered task management and productivity tools. The Service includes task creation, AI-assisted decomposition, insights, and analytics features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. AI credits are allocated monthly and do not carry over unless specified by your plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the Service for illegal purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Towodo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
